At Cocoland, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Our friendly return and exchange policy ensures you have support before and after your purchase. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

Order Cancellation


You can cancel your order only if the product has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please WhatsApp us at +91 87790 52255 . For cancelled orders, store credit will be issued for future purchases.

Transit Damage


While rare, if your order arrives damaged, please follow these instructions:
Record an Opening Video: It’s essential to film the unboxing of the parcel, clearly showing the item. If the product is found to be damaged, we will replace it immediately. Without this video, we cannot assist with any issues.

Exchange Policy


Exchanges are permitted for the same product only.
If your desired item is out of stock, you will receive a credit note.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Customized products made to your specifications are not eligible for exchange, so please order carefully.
Exchanges are not accepted if you simply do not like the product or its color. We provide detailed product descriptions, so we encourage you to read them before ordering.
All sale items, discounted products, and purchases made with coupons or gift vouchers are non-exchangeable.
Only unused, undamaged products with all labels and tags intact, in their original packaging, are eligible for exchange.
If you encounter a size issue, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery at +91 87790 52255 . We recommend checking the size details provided in the product description before placing your order.
For exchanges, a video showing the product and repackaging must be provided. Minimal return shipping costs may apply depending on the parcel size. In some cases, if reverse pickup isn’t available for your pin code, you may need to return the product yourself.
If you do not hand over the product for return or exchange within 5-7 business days of raising your request, it will be cancelled.


Return/Refund


Refunds will be processed within 4-6 working days and credited back to the original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing time.
